I always get tickled on these “About Me” sections. You also see them on business sites in the “About Us” section. I think in all actuality, it should say “Our Summary” or something similar, because really it’s near impossible to be able to explain what you’re ALL about in a couple of paragraphs. However, when in Rome right?
I’m a Kansas City, Missouri native but big city dweller. This is the part where people say that they like to travel, however that’s not the case with me. It’s not that I don’t like to travel, but I would love to travel. I plan to have that happen in the near future since this world is so big. I’ve always had a love for film and the performance art. So much that I followed my dreams and yes…moved to the big city known as New York City.
Alas, life does run its course while providing a huge and challenging journey along the way. During my spare time I am known to Netflix binge, browse social media or read self help and motivational books. I’ve always been a big dreamer. I’m the type of woman who will act out imaginary scenarios in front of the memory. I thought that this phase would pass after middle school, however it has not ceased to no avail.
I love food. Because of my love of food, it is one of the main reasons I yearn to travel to far away places. I am not scared to try any sort of exotic food dishes. Okay well that’s a lie, I’m not eating bugs! You should know that the biggest thing about me is that I’m a huge procrastinator. No seriously, you have no idea how long I’ve talked about launching this blog but here I am. I always say it’s never too late…until it is. I’m a lover not a fighter, until I have to be. Trust me, I will fight. I’ll beat your ass. (kidding…sort of).
I love movies, all kinds of movies. My favorite foreign film would have to be Train to Busan. The movie that makes me cry the most every single time I watch it is Homeward Bound and Toy Story 3. My drink of choice is red wine or scotch, depending on my mood. I’d say that about sums it up…for now at least :-).
